DESCRIPTION:Mind & Motion Kids is a supervised youth wellness series designed for kids ages 6–12 who feel “too old” for Kids Zone but still need a fun\, structured place to stay active while parents work out. \nThis weekly basketball session builds confidence\, coordination\, and teamwork through skill-based drills\, games\, and movement activities. Kids will develop dribbling\, passing\, shooting\, and game awareness in a supportive\, high-energy environment. \nParents can drop off their child at Kids Zone. This is a member-only program.
