Group Fitness 

All Group Fitness Classes will resume their regular schedules on April 28, 2021.

If you enjoy working out with other people, Indianapolis Healthplex offers a variety of group fitness formats to meet your needs. With over 50 conveniently scheduled classes each week, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. If you’re new to group fitness or if you have any previous injuries or contraindications, we recommend arriving early to your first class to discuss with the instructor. 

Group Classes

Group classes include yoga, Zumba, indoor cycling, aquatics, senior classes, Piyo, Body Pump, and more. Check out the group fitness class schedule below.

Specialty Classes

In addition to the variety of free classes included in your membership, we also offer specialty classes for a minimal fee due to the additional equipment needed. Some of our specialty classes include:

Kangoo Power/Dance

This innovative cardio fitness class designed to challenge the full body by engaging core muscles and building cardio-respiratory endurance. Basic moves are easy to follow and can be performed with increased intensity as you progress. This class is suitable for a broad range of attendees regardless of fitness level.

Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer is strength training on the Allegro Reformer machine. This workout uniquely targets different muscle groups while maintaining core control, making it possible to change the shape of your body. Benefits of this class include increased core strength, sculpted legs and arms, lean shoulder muscles, and improved body awareness and posture.
