Fitness Programs 

To help you meet your total body training goals, Indianapolis Healthplex offers fitness programs for all ages, including boot camp, small and large group training, and more. 

Boot Camp​

Classes will integrate strength and cardio exercises into a high intensity workout. Get ready to break a sweat!
Boot Camp is a combination of strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, core stability, and mobility through functional movement patterns. This class is programmed to provide a total body workout through its course, while specifically targeting various muscle groups during each workout.

Times

Thursdays: 5:30 p.m.
Fridays:  4:30 p.m.

Class Descriptions

Kettlebell & Bodyweight 

Examples of exercises: Kettlebell swings, kettlebell squats, squat/press, upright rows, push-ups, abs

Dumbbell & Slamball 

Examples of exercises: Slams, thrusters, curls, triceps, chest press, rows, complexes, abs, possible laps

Instructor Choice

Examples of exercises: Anything! Box jumps/step-ups, burpees, dumbbells, slider pads, possible abs

Strength & Sweat 

Examples of exercises: Lunges with dumbbells, burpees, jump rope, squat chops, lunge & curl, planks, mountain climbers, squat to press
