Indianapolis Healthplex offers a variety of yoga classes for members of all fitness levels. We also offer private and semi-private yoga lessons that are customized to the needs of each individual.
Yoga Classes
Align and Flow
Discover the age-old secret to health and vitality with this incredible mind/body workout. Increase strength and flexibility with a smooth yoga class that will incorporate all the traditional benefits of yoga. All fitness levels welcome, however, this is a moderate to intense level class.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a method of yoga where movements are synchronized with the breath. This practice uses a progressive series of postures and special breathing techniques that warm the body, building heat to detoxify muscles and organs and leave you feeling relaxed and energized at the end of the class.
Yoga Fit
Yoga Fit is based on Hatha Yoga principles of blending balance, strength, flexibility, and power. This class combines fitness moves with traditional yoga postures that are linked together in a flowing format to improve strength. All fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga Lessons
We offer private and semi-private yoga lessons to allow members to learn in a non-intimidating environment that’s focused on individual needs. We cater to both beginners and more experienced students interested in refining their skills and advancing their practices. Private yoga lessons can also focus on concerns such as injuries, therapeutics and energy balancing, and can even be used to transform bad habits like postural misalignments and behavioral patterns.
