For those specifically struggling with balance issues, we offer the Balance Boost program. This 4-week training regimen focuses on improving stability through a combination of weekly workshops and small-group personal training sessions. The workshops are held every Monday, providing essential tips and exercises to enhance balance. On Wednesdays, participants will engage in personalized training sessions that cater to their unique needs, ensuring they build confidence and strength in a safe, supportive environment. - Mondays @ 11:15-12:15pm
- 45-Minute Small Group Training:
