Designed to decompress your spine and mobilize surrounding joints to provide ongoing back protection.
rock steady boxing
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact fitness program specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s Disease. This demo is open to those with and without Parkinson’s Disease.
youth taekwondo
This demo is designed to introduce children to basic principles of taekwondo.
CORE
LES MILLS CORE™ is the ultimate scientific core workout for incredible core definition and sports performance. This class builds strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abdominals, glutes and back which assists with balance and injury prevention.
Zumba
Classes involve cardio and Latin-inspired dance.
Versiti Blood Drive
In 2024, we saved 66 lives with 22 units of blood! This year we will continue to make a difference. Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage you to sign up for your blood donation.
