Our Youth Sports Performance Clinics help athletes build a strong foundation through movement quality, coordination, and age-appropriate strength training. Each clinic includes warm-up, skill instruction, and guided drills to support athletic development in a safe, encouraging environment.

Does my child need sports experience?

No–these clinics are designed for all levels.

What should they bring?

Athletic clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle.

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes–parents are welcome to observe.

How do I register?

Click “Register Now” to reserve a spot. Space is limited.

  • Saturdays
    • 10:00am-11:00am (10-13 year olds)
    • 11:00am-12:00pm (6-9 year olds)
  • $15 Members / $25 Guests
  • Register for all 3 clinics and save!
    • $38.25 members
    • $63.75 nonmembers
  • Co-ed
  • Ages 6 – 13 years old
