Getting Started Workshop
New to the Healthplex or ready for a reset? Our Getting Started Workshop is designed to help you feel confident and informed as you begin (or restart) your fitness routine. Perfect for beginners, returning members, or anyone feeling unsure about their next step.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- Where to start based on your goals
- How to safely and confidently use gym equipment
- What programs, classes, or services may be the best fit for you
- How to create a simple, realistic plan you can stick with
Sessions Available:
- January 21st | 11:30am – 12:45pm
- Wednesday January 21st | 5:30pm – 6:35pm
- Saturday January 24th | 12:00pm – 1:15pm

Programs & Challenges
Class Pass Program
Looking for extra motivation? Our Class Pass program rewards you for showing up.
The more classes you take, the more you earn — making it easier (and more fun) to stay consistent with group fitness and aquatics classes. These programs are a great way to try new classes, stay accountable, and get rewarded along the way. See the front desk for your punch card and return to the front desk by January 31st.
The more classes you take, the more you earn:
- Take 5 classes, earn 250 Plexy Points
- Take 10 classes, earn 500 Plexy Points
- Take 15 classes, earn 1,000 Plexy Points
